Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.
Guggu Buggu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delayed Deliveries
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

- High order volumes during festive sales

Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Take photos before opening the package.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours.
- Share your Order ID along with clear images.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:
- COD is available on selected PIN codes.
- Guggu Buggu reserves the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or orders.
